What it is
SBB gives a separate AI the role of checking a development agent’s work. Separating the agent doing the work from the Judge reviewing it helps people decide what to do next.

Judge organizes its results as FIX, HUMAN_REQUIRED, or CONTINUE. These results support human decisions; they do not guarantee quality or correctness.
How it connects
SBB sits alongside SBI, reviewing work passed through the interface and returning a judgment to the development flow. The overview shows Apple Foundation Models on-device and Private Cloud Compute (PCC) as AI processing connections.
